Line One deal ( Miles City, MT ) say 50 years ago.

Also quite a few GOOD seedstock breeders/propagators have their own systems for rating cattle.
Docility, stayability ( which includes scrotals/udders ), net feed conversions, net calf to cow wt/%raised efficiency ratios etc..
