Maybe you can take comfort from the fact that there appears to be some oil dry on the floor in front of his parts shelves. Anybody that can't keep the shop floor spotlessly clean has to have a little going for him! Maybe there's a cluttered workbench somewhere around there too!

Looks like a pretty well organized system. I try, but I'll have to admit that I can't always find what I need (even when I think I have one).
Do you keep an inventory of replacement parts?
