They claim the best vinegar is Bragg Organic Raw - Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar. We find it here in several local food markets. See no reason any cider vinegar would not be just as good.
The thing that helps me with the pain is hot tub and jet on pain area, heard about the vinegar when I had my last stone, Passed it the second day.
