western wi | if it's alfalfa and you cut it now in Wi it will probably winterkill itself off from the timing of the cut. I would try find a livestock operator around that area and see if there is any interest for next year, what they would be willing to pay, and how much they would put down on that today. if they are serious about it, they will give a down payment, if they can't afford it "right know" they probably can't afford it next summer either. | |
