Jeff, to use the Glonass satellite information you still need the correction signal from the appropriate Trimble (or other compatible comptetitor's) RTK base station that is capable of sending out these "GNSS" corrections i.e. the Glonass satellite information along with the GPS satellite information. Whether the correction is free or not depends on who is providing it in your area (unless you wish to purchase a Trimble GNSS base of your own when the only real cost you will incur is the capital outlay to buy it in the first place).
