If you are doing a fair comparison don't forget to add in your 'extra costs' at home, things like insurance,R&M,depreciation etc. Seems like most guys only consider gas/electricity when figuring in their drying costs at home but even with the 'extra costs' its significantly cheaper to do it at home. FWIW we figure we can do it for 1/3 the cost of commercial rates even though its a slower process at home and means getting up at 2am to check on things.
