As of 5am this morning, I've had 1.93 and it's still raining. Will be interesting to see if the Beans recover. Poorest Beans were here at the farm so will be watching them.
Picked some Corn yesterday.....15% moisture and it made in the 90's. Was disappointed in the yield as it looked to be in the 120 range. Guess it was to hot and dry, toooooooooooooo Loooong!
I would take "90" bushel average on all my corn, and smile all the way to the bank!(lol) I harvested some last week, some 104 maturity, moisture was as low as 12.8%. Finished all the earlier stuff, so tested some 108-110 maturity yesterday, it went 16.5 % one field, and 16.2% on another, so stopped on the corn and sprayed some weeds in soybeans. :-) |
