Question please - have you used that mix this time of the year? I have heard that AMS later in the season will burn turf pretty bad so I have never had nerve to try it.
I have used AMS in the spring and it sure gives you a nice deep green lawn, be prepared to mow about twice as often too. :>)
Good point Dave, I adjust the rate depending on Temperature ??? and if the lawn, Football field or Golf course is irrigated Properly
Many times an adequate spring application will Cary a lawn ! NON Irrigated, through the season. I also use this blend in the Fall around Thanksgiving time !
Each soil type and management situation will determine the rate I use, Recommend. |
