Saskatchewan, big whitetail country!!!
I personally need a bailout. Don't beleive in them, but I'm toast if all I get is 50 bucks. So traveling man, there is a good chance many will not survive, to answer your question. CAIS, or Agristability is all well and good IF you have had some luck in the last 5 years, but my margin average is hammered because of crappy weather since 2004, so I'm not holding my breath. Its a BIG area affected by 0 to 15 % seeded. If I had 30 % seeded, I'd be tickled. They interviewed some maitoba dude on CBC news, and he was complaining cuz he only got 2/3's done. SHEESH, he has nothing to complain about.
