As well, if you are growing wheat on a grassy sod, that is the next worse thing to growing it on corn stalks or wheat stubble here in the Great Lakes basin as far as Fusarium or Scab risk.

Although the ideal window for a Fusarium protection spray is likely past, I've seen rust take upwards of 30% of the yield if severe enough (1993 here).

Find a triazole fungicide (Proline, Prosaro, Folicur) and get it on (wide boom, skinny tires). DO NOT use Headline or Quadris (strobi's). It will stop the rust from getting worse, and may give a bit of scab protection...

No offense - but do not feel the need to share with your neighbors to the north or east...
