I kind of agree with this. Been trying to row cultivation on 47,5 cm = 18.7" sugar beets on RTK.
The EZ-Steer keeps the tractor very well in +- 2 cm = <1" OK, but the problem is the implement drift of the planter and also the row cultivator.
Hard to believe that a hydraulic steering would make it any better.

So I also have given it up in row cultivation.

But still having RTK in the planter tractor makes cultivation easier as row are straight. And the planting in any kind of conditions - like dusty - is an easy job. Just turn around and let it go,
