So we had a little rain yesterday, I took off the precleaner and soaked it in water. That thing is full of dirt somewhere inside the housing, pounds of dirt soaking out of it. Problem is I don't know where it's at, looks clean from the outside and blowing air through it doesn't clean it out. So just kept soaking it and shaking it. It's still soaking and hopefully comes clean. Almost want to cut out an inspection hole and weld it back after it's cleaned up inside. We have gotten caught in a rain and snow in the past and just wondering if that wet dust didn't stick inside and then kept building up. I don't really know but looks like we found our issue if we ever get it clean

I figured that's what it was
