I honestly just got to thinking about that it should be sucking out, I'll check again in the morning. Not sure how of if that impeller could be on backwards. We used to have problems with the r66 but a new precleaner solved that, it stays clean.
I'm going to double check on the impeller, it's about all it could be at this point.
