
| I'm not "advocating" for more regulations. I'm simply pointing out that there are instances when regulations are warranted. Personal LibertyTM isn't an absolute thing, as much as we might like it to be. Too many people don't do, or won't do, the right thing, in fact, they'll actively do the wrong thing if it makes them more money. I mean, this has been noticed since philosophy was a thing. It's not new. And as there are more and more people to deal with, there are going to be more and more places where public interest comes up against individual rights. |
