Driftless SW Wisconsin

Putting roof-top solar on top of any building that has a suitable south facing roof exposure takes up no crop land and provides a distributed generating capacity which does not require new expensive eye-sore high voltage transmission lines and is much less prone to various potential problems.

The only problem with widespread roof-top solar is the utility companies making it difficult as they can't charge for it.
