There’s such a wide discrepancy in value. But a guy who can pretty well run a farm by himself plus make good sound agronimic decisions, negotiate inputs, etc? All while keeping machinery fit and running well? Who you need to babysit zero? 85k at LEAST.
I would like to see the balance sheets that shows how much could really be paid !!!
