south central IL | If this person is really the one that you want to take over you better pay them very well, with possibly adding partial ownership or at least some partial profit sharing. You didn’t give a location or any financial information so it’s hard to give you a specific dollar figure, but good people that are willing to put the time in that is required to do the kind of management you’re talking about will get lots of offers for more pay and less hours. In short good quality people are expensive but worth their weight in gold and if you’re not paying top dollar they can get frustrated and leave you at the most importune time.
