I do not think a 2500 ac farm can afford 150-200k manager. I think a 100k plus health ins and plenty of paid time off would be enough. The time off these days are just as important as the wage. If it were me, I would want to make the fertilizer and chemical decisions, not put that on him. What do you do all year?
