A friend of mine was a retail coop manager who worked his way up from applicator. So he knew how to do it all…
He just took a job like you say managing 3000 acre farm similarly I believe. He said he didn’t take a pay cut from managing the coop and life is much simpler so far
Co-Op pays guys 200k right? After sleeping on it I think I’ll just rent my place and go get one of these jobs. |
