real good and lease the ground, own the machinery, pay the ins, pay the prop taxes, and on and on and on. 2500 acres of mostly leased land won/cant justify this if you have much land debt left near retirement. Cant see that you're makin enough at this point to worry about SS one way or another. Sell out to him, let him take over leases and get out the way.
