In your case this guy would be the “boss” and worth more then that. If you actually plan on turning it over to him eventually give a pretty concrete timeline. Watched some get led on only to just to see it get bid out to highest bidder and they feel kinda burnt by the deal. He may be feeling led on if you haven’t given clear timeline of your retirement. | |
