No, they don't normally...we have to calibrate them. We install quite a few of them, which seems like a big deal, but each tractor has 4-6 of them and I service over a hundred of those tractors.

Are you sure the fingertips are failing? It could be a valve issue on the back, or what we see more of now are CAN communication issues with the valve harnesses. We have started changing them from the original daisy chain style, over to the new parallel wiring style from the 8700S.

Do the bar graphs work on the display when they quit?
