| I'll be picking up a new chute this year. Settled on arrow Q catch 54. I been looking hard at bud box designs and like the simplicity of these. I have an existing lean-to on the barn I've thought about building this into. I would be nice to have the new chute under a roof and I no longer feed inside the barn.
Unfortunately the space is a little tight. The lean-to interior space is 18x29. There is an existing feed bunk built in that separates the space with a 6' x 29' walkway on one side and a 12'x29 pen on the other side.
I can remove the feedbunk but that still leaves the poles that support the roof that are about 7' apart.
Any ideas or suggestions?
I've also thought about building the budbox outside and running the cattle into the chute which would be in the barn.
