I use a Howard Rotator or a moldboard plow depending on my objectives. Either one works. I've not tried a chisel plow with sweeps but I'll believe the numerous people who say it works for them. I've heard of some success with high speed compact disks.
Outside of those 4 I don't know of anything that works reliably.
