I was wondering if there was any ways to terminate alfalfa organically without a mold board plow. Yes i am a organic farmer.
I don't know where you're located, but here, to get a clean start you need a decent mold board plow job to begin with. Chisel in the spring on sod, without beating the pudding out of the ground with secondary tillage is chaos!
