NEMo | Probably the plungers inside the cam ring inside the pump are stuck. I have had a some luck hooking on and pulling the tractor and spin the motor around 2000 rpm’s with the throttle wide open. The higher transfer pressure and centrifugal force will help free the plungers. May need to pull it for a few minutes like this. If this doesn’t work try doing it with all of the lines to the injectors loose
