Northern Illinois | Was in a meeting recently about the ELDT and was told that if there is someone at a place that you work at on the farm or ag related they can sign up to become a trainer as long as they’ve had a cdl for 3 years then they can “check the boxes” that they trained you and did the hours with you to fulfill the requirements. Not sure what all is involved in signing up to be a trainer and if there is anymore requirements haven’t looked into it yet fully. This was from the Illinois farm bureau cdl guy. | |
