Paxton, IL | We went from a JD 4455 to a JD 6415 on the 15' bush hog. I set the rear wheels out wider on the 6415 for mowing ditches and really like the lower center of gravity as well. I think the tractor is generally matched pretty well for the mower power wise. The 4455 was a little overkill and could be hard on things if you didn't take it easy.
Not sure how the 6000M series compares to our 6415, but the only issue I had was needing to add a little weight to it, as the tractor is pretty light. | |
