| I wouldn't put in a reman engine unless his motor was a catastrophy. He knows what he has and the life the engine had. He doesn't know anything about the reman. It could of had a line bored block, .010-.020 undersize crank in it, welded head etc. It might be cheaper to go with a reman but me personally I always go with what I know. This sounds like if he puts sleeves and pistons in , camshaft if needed , new radaitor he should be good to go. Just my opinion.
