Don, I'm not sure what you need but I think the Rawson controller you are wanting to use requires "radar like" speed input, not GPS NMEA VTG speed. Here is link to pdf drawing of (dual drive version) Rawson controller, it shows "radar" connected to controller speed input but does not show any connector for NMEA GPS.

If you want to use your iTC receiver I think it must be cabled and configured to output the "radar like" speed that Rawson controller expects and include the connector that plugs into Rawson "Radar" speed connector. I don't know if Deere provides that option for their iTC receiver but that's what you will need. I think there are several other sources for low cost GPS receiver with "radar like" speed output and cable/connector for almost any controller. GPS radar speed boxes seem to be popular.
