United States | I am 65 and own about half of our family farm C corporation with my brother who is nine years younger than I. I am not really ready to retire, but it seems I end up spending at least a day in the hospital every year, including two weeks last September. I can get by without any major income from the farm if I chose to retire, and I have no interest in breaking up or terminating the farm business. What if any income would be justified in asking from the farm business if I retired? My boys are both working in good jobs in other cities. Any advice would be welcomed. I am not sure where else to go for advice. Thank you in advance. | |
