Eastern NE KS | Is lactose-free whole milk! Every glass reminds me of my well-fed youth. I grew up in the era of milk being regarded as the 'perfect food'. All I know is I love the taste of a cold glass of milk. Colder the better!
Last 10 years, my preference for dairy waned due to discomfort and general intestinal rumbling. I started using lactase pills and found help. I'm now expanding into lactose-free milk.
