Tama iowa | Due to the derecho I have some corn stalk bales that I'm guessing have about 750 pounds of corn in each bale. Wanting to grind with rye bales and feed to stock cows. I have not weighed the cornstalks bales yet so may be to early to figure the ration. Would 2 rye bales to one cornstalk bale feeding 35# per cow be enough. I figured that is just under 6 pounds of corn per cow. If there are any other ideas that would be great. | |
