SWSD | Can anyone tell me about wheat in terms of "specialty" grains if that is the right term, that is used for making high quality breads and pastas?
For example do the high quality Italian pastas or French breads use a special seed type that is used for their flour?
I want to grow my own little patch and grind my own flour - so curious where I might be able to get some high quality seeds in very small quanitities. Like enough to make 100 lbs of flour or something like that.
