Where is your source of heirloom seeds? In particular for a soft white wheat, which I understand is the choice for authentic Italian pastas when very finely ground.
Anyone please feel free to correct me on any of this....but that's just what I have googled so far.
So I am looking for the right wheat seed for a "soft white wheat".
