Ohio | Starting to have issues with my sprayer. Raven controller works fine for a while then started to act up. I can't decide if it's the hyd driven pump or the raven flow meter? The pressure will drop then the controller GPA rate will drop and then be all over the place like 6 GPa to 15 Gpa, My set rate is 10 gpa. Then everything will stabilize and spray fine for a while, then act up again. I set it to manual rate and it would do it too. pressure would drop and then come back again. So I think, the pressure would not drop if the flow meter was acting up because the pressure shouldn't change, in manual mode, correct? wondering if the hydraulic motor on solution pump or the impeller causing trouble? Or Hydraulic flow or pressure from hydraulic source. I followed hyd hoses back from pump to a hyd block that looks like an electric solenoid, which I assume is the pump on/off valve? Any one one have these symptoms or problems?
