This is interesting, mine seems very accurate except if I run the tank dry then leave it a few days and go back to spray it'll always go to 60psi and overspray for the first few minutes, I'm thinking the motorized pressure control valve is sticking shut?
The sparge valve seems to be the same, sometimes it takes a little fiddling to get it to open.
