Subject: Corn stuck to bin wall

Melancthon, Ontario
What did I do wrong? Was stuck all the way to the floor, in about a foot. 36x8 bin was filled right up in November. First year with a continuous flow dryer. Dumping hot corn in, between 130 and 140 degrees. Had to dry for a day to get enough in to start 10hp aeration fan, then ran fan for 2 weeks straight and then on every day below freezing that it wasn't snowing for a month (maybe 3 or 4 days a week). Then ran fan for a few days in January then started pulling corn out. All the corn was fine, most of it was a bit too dry, under the 13 mark, and the only issue is what's in the picture.
