To much moisture on walls that fan can't evaporate.. have had better luck with smaller fan. Till the corn is cool .. It pushes less air and so pushes less moisture out. Just takes longer.. Also have better luck with no spreader,, The corn is not as deep on the walls so better airflow.. Once you get it partially cooled so it's doesn't have the excess moisture then turn on the big fan to finish it off.. Without proper venting it can always go either way.. been there Leave the man door and top open if you can. Turn spreader on when close to top so forces air up the center.
Lot depends on how fast your doing his.. A bin a day is much different than filling once.. Filling once take your time.. if your gonna empty it it will all mix in .Yours looks like long term storage.. go to different bin every other day.
