50 % of 2019 production or 100% of unsold inventory ,which ever is less.
I didn't produce much last year, however I have well over 50% of my production in unsold storage. Doesn't matter I get wacked, get payment on a bunch less that I have unsold in storage.
Not whining just stating the facts.
