If I take my blood pressure at a random time it is generally 140/85.  If I attempt to witness a better result, I can do better.  I have laid around for 45 minutes and gotten 115/75, which helps with our health sharing ministry rate that we pay (120/80 is what is needed for the better rate).
What should I consider my blood pressure to be?
