N FLA | John what brand and how much vitamin D do you take? I watched the CV video the other day where the Doc recommended 10000 iu. At the grocery store the other day, I hate to say, but I'm not sure I have that much money.
My Dr said my vitamin D was borderline low, she asked if I get outside, I didn't have the heart to tell her as a farmer I work outside every day.
She wasn't very worried, but asked me to get tested again in 6 months, which is in June.
