We take 5 drops a day but we also get 3000 additional units from our multi vitamin. So something around 10,000.
We also overwinter in Bonaire so get lots of sun, so probably don't need to be taking any supplement.
From my research, if take D3 supplement, K2 should also be taken. D3, K2 and vitamin A all work together to manage calcium. It needs to go to bones, not soft tissue.
