| There is talk about fasting how are you doing it. It seems that there are different ways for this to happen. I think my longest fast was 27 hours and had coffee for liquid. I also generally eat 2 meals in a 6 to 8 hour window.
I lost 50 pounds in about 8 months using keto. For the most part I have really never thought being on the diet was painful or wanted to quit. I do miss some of the old foods but that is part of change also. | |
