Pittsburg, Kansas | I just do one meal a day on Tuesday and Thursday. Nothing scientific about those days. They just happen to be pancake and French toast days at the place we stay that provides breakfast. The cook offered to cook us eggs those days, but told her no. Works perfectly for our fasting days. Just coffee then supper. Two meals on most other days. Wife does a couple more days OMAD as she still has some weight to lose.
Have not been doing any extended fasts lately.
