| I picked up a little 7.5 acre patch back in the woods attached to another 10-12 acres. There’s a RR track between the two pieces (I think it is still active) the owner of the property had been getting to it by driving under the RR bridge. I cannot get under the bridge with combine. There is an opening allowing access from his neighbor but I would have to drive through the guys lawn and two of his hay fields to get there. How would I go about getting some way to to cross this track? The other guy allowed access but it’s under strict rules about when and how etc. I would also rather not upset the guy as I’m trying to pickup his property as well. Maybe I’m ignorant for thinking of this but it’s my first year and only farm.. | |
