| With the advancements in engine oils, is it a crazy idea to switch a dt436 or dt466b over to a 5w-40 synthetic? I have read about the cam issues and how they shear oil, but with new oils would it be a big issue? I know lots of people run 15w-40 in them with no problems, but never heard pros or cons of 5w-40 in those engines. Would probably go with Schaffer’s so I could run it in the pickup also. | |
