Our church has meals on Wednesday evenings in the fall and winter. We take turns cooking. I have done chilli twice a year, this year adding pulled pork. Have 6 Pork Shoulders on the smoker. Severed with baked beans and chips and dessert. Will serve 60 or so. Always looking for new ideas and suggestions.
