| Good Sunday morning!
Busy week here, switched the combine over last Sunday and cut milo to start out the week. Finally got a second cutting of alfalfa after some August and September rain, and got back to picking corn. Should finish up the corn this week weather permitting, beans are dropping leaves fast after this last cold front. I feel off the exercise wagon last week but a nice 2.4lbs loss, puts me at 223.8 down 110lbs. Amanda did a great job keeping up her routine this week and is down 4.2 with 94lbs lost. We’ve still got a ways to go to our final goals but are really finding freedom in this journey. It’s great to grab clothes off the rack and find that they fit. It’s much easier for me to get into tight spots working on machinery and it’s absolutely wonderful to see the smile on my wife’s face and the confidence it gives her.
