I injured my knee six weeks ago and was laid up for a week. I haven't been as active since then, but kept my normal eating pattern. I'm finally getting back to full speed, but gained 10 pounds in meantime.
I was 175 when I graduated high school. 205 after college. Got down to 175 for my 20th class reunion. I feel my best at about 190. My 30th class reunion is next year......
